Nutrition Response Testing Process

Here’s what you can expect when you come into our West Loveland office for your Nutrition Response Testing appointment:

1. Health History: In your first appointment, you’ll meet with one of our doctors and qualified clinically-trained Nutrition Response Testing practitioners to share your full health history that details your current nutritional habits, health concerns, and long-term health goals.
2. Heart Rate Variability Assessment: We will then run a computerized assessment of your health using Heart Rate Variability. This scan provides us with detailed information about how well your body physiology is working and adapting in addition to physiologic functions that can be improved.
3. Nutrition Response Test: The practitioner will then meet with you to go over your information and perform a hands-on test to see if Nutrition Response Testing is right for you. This technique utilizes Applied Kinesiology (AK) to evaluate what organs are stressed or weak, as well as determine what environmental or immune factors they are stressed by.
4. Results & Findings: A 60-minute follow-up appointment will be scheduled to review your results. You will be shown the findings and what they mean. In addition, you will be provided a step-by-step blueprint on how our Nutrition Response Testing program can help you achieve your health goals.
5. Nutrition Care Plan: Based on your Nutrition Response Testing results, our practitioner will develop a fully customized clinical nutrition plan and nutritional guidance focused on nourishing your body whole food supplementations and herbs. Each nutritional care plan is personalized to your specific needs and health concerns because one size does NOT fit all when it comes to nutrition and health! You’ll receive a strategy with all the tips, resources, and the support you need to get started as well as scheduled follow-up visits to review your progress every step of the way on your health and wellness journey.
